Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy utilizes our innate healing capabilities by reaching increased awareness through hypnosis. It is a gentle and very effective way to solve any inner conflicts and modify any behaviors driven by these conflicts.
Regression Hypnotherapy
Regression hypnotherapy is the process in which you are guided to recall traumatic memories to discover misperceptions, and reshape negative conclusions and beliefs that still drive or trigger dysfunctional behavior in the present. It is considered to be a highly effective and transformative psychological tool to heal the wounds of attachment or developmental traumatic events. Traumatic events require very gentle and skilled resolution. Through heart-centered hypnotherapy, the hidden pains, self-sabotaging beliefs, and inner conflicts can be resolved.
Somatic Experiencing (SE™)
The SE™ is a multidisciplinary body-oriented therapeutic approach with an emphasis on the here-and-now experience. It helps trauma survivors to release traumatic shock so they can find relief in both psychological and physiological symptoms of PTSD (Post-Trauma Stress Disorder). The approach of somatic experiencing involves several techniques that help release tension from the body after experiencing trauma. These techniques include body awareness, grounding, pendulation, titration, sequencing, and resourcing. The therapist guides the client through exercises that help identify areas of tension in the body, connect deeply to the body and the earth, release excess energy, observe physical sensations during traumatic memories, and recall positive resources that make the client feel safe and calm.
